White flowers lined the pathways just as before.
This time, however, their baby boy crawled across a picnic blanket while everyone laughed.
Ethan secretly watched Emily all evening.

"You still worry."
He smiled.

The family gathered for a photograph near the same staircase.
Before anyone could become uncomfortable, Emily walked to the front.
She looked at everyone and laughed.

"Let's stay away from the steps."
The entire garden burst into laughter.
